Check in
Upon your arrival you will always find us welcoming you with useful suggestions for your excursions.

The room is usually ready from 2.30 pm but, by agreeing, it is possible to check-in between 10 and 12.30: you will receive the keys to your room and the pass to park your car for free in the station and in the village.

The rooms

For our guests we have four bright double bedrooms, all equipped with en suite bathroom with hairdryer and towels, WIFI, refrigerator and kettle with tea and herbal teas.

The sober and refined furnishings will convey the simple spirit of our land.

Cleaning and linen change are provided every two/three days, unless otherwise required.

The breakfast

Breakfast is served in the room or in the external and reserved area.


You will have a menu with which to choose between fresh croissants, bread and focaccia packed for you every morning by a renowned local oven, jams from local farms, spreadable chocolate, honey from our region, our fruit when it is ripe, corn-flakes , muesli, organic yoghurt from the Val di Vara, tea, coffee, milk and cappuccinos.


Do not hesitate to communicate intolerances or allergies to allow us to find you alternative products.

The garden

Around the house you will find our olive grove and a peaceful garden equipped to spend relaxing moments.

Parking and pass

No problem for your car:

. A large private car parking is available in front of the house

. A pass will allow you to park for free to the town center and the railway station area. For parkings close to the beach you will get a reduced price.

RATE FOR OUR DOUBLE ROOMS (INCLUDING wifi, parking and car pass)

01/03 - 27/03:  76 euros per night/2 people (breakfast supplement 7 euros/person)
28/03 - 01/04:  96 euros per night/2 people (breakfast supplement 7 euros/person)
02/04 - 30/04:  86 euros per night/2 people (breakfast supplement 7 euros/person)
01/05 - 30/09: 96 euros per night/2 people (breakfast supplement 7 euros/person)
01/10 - 03/11: 86 euros per night/2 people (breakfast supplement 7 euros/person)

We are open from 1 March to 3 November

For the municipality of Levanto we are required to apply a TOURIST TAX for each person up to a maximum of three consecutive nights of 1.50 euros. Minors under 14 years of age, assistants to patients are exempt from paying the tax hospitalized in the Levante health facilities, parents of minors admitted to the same health facilities, members of the police forces and firefighters staying on site for duty, bus drivers and leaders of groups organized by travel agencies with at least 25 participants, people with disabilities.
