Once you arrive at the entrance of Levanto, near a big church made by red bricks, you turn to the left following the signs for Monterosso and Cinque Terre. You go on for about 500 metres, then you take the second junction on the left (there you will find a sign indicating “Gallona”). Going along an up hill road you will find Villa Caterina as the first house on the left.
