At our Guests' disposal we have four bright double rooms, all equipped with private bathroom, TV and WIFI.
The sober and refined furnishings will transmit you the simple spirit of our land.
Each room is equipped with hairdryer, towels and bed linen, suitcases. Some have a second access to the garden, room cleaning is done every morning.
Upstairs, in the dining area, you will always find everything you need for tea and herbal teas, a space reserved for you in the refrigerator and a microwave.
Breakfast is served up in the garden or in the dining room, an opportunity to meet the owners who will give you valuable advice for your stay.
We serve fresh croissants, bread and focaccia prepared for you every morning by a renowned local bakery, jams, chocolate spread, honey from our valley, our fruit when it is ripe, corn-flakes , muesli, organic yogurt from Val di Vara, tea, coffee, milk and cappuccinos.
Do not hesitate to tell us allergies or intolerances to allow us to find alternative products.
Around the house you will find our olive grove and a peaceful garden equipped to spend relaxing moments.
No problem for your car:
. A large private car parking is available in front of the house
. A pass will allow you to park for free to the town center and the railway station area. For parkings close to the beach you will get a reduced price.
The rate for our rooms is 96 EURO PER NIGHT FOR TWO PEOPLE, including breakfast, room daily cleaning, wi-fi, reserved car parking placed in front of the house, the pass to park free to train station (1,5 km from Villa Caterina) and town center (2 km from our house)

There is a PROMOTIONAL RATE of 76 euros for those staying in the following periods:
- from March 15th to April 12th
- from October 20th to December 8th
We are OPEN from March 15th to November 18th, from 22 to 25 November, from 29 November to 9 December and from 26 to 31 December.
